The Ruination of Men is the cause of Women, is a famous saying in Mexico. The film depicts two Ranchers who decide to stone a third Rancher to death. In a darkly surreal and comic way the film then follows several widows that show up at the police station to claim the body, as each detail their grievances. Following a coin flip, the winning widow unknowingly hires one of the murderers to carry the body home, and learns the reason for his murder; for losing a baseball game.
Cuenta un famoso corrido mexicano que "la perdicion de los hombres son las malditas mujeres..." La perdicion del protagonista de nuestra historia son, efectivamente, dos mujeres y el beisbol.
